The Phillies and Yankees played. The Phillies are disgusting and therefore inherently suck without a review of their merits or lack thereof, and the Yankees don't win by competing, they win by outspending, and by default also suck but for cheaper reasons.. In light of this I won't pollute my blog with Phillies or Yankees photos so here are some infinitely better Blue Jays World Series moments from 1993:
